MISSOURI ASSISTIVE TECHNOLOGY
MISSOURI SHOW ME LOAN PROGRAM
Missouri Assistive Technology has a program called Show Me Loans. income guidelines HAVE BEEN WAIVED since they realilze any income group can need assistance.
They also provide loans for vehicles, meaning an adult child, parent or relative can request a loan for a person in need of a wheelchair-accessible van.
Note: Some people may ask for a modified auto/van, a auto/van that “kneels” or just need an auto with hand controls.
People may also apply for loans for scooters, walking aids, wheelchairs, hearing aids, assistive technology, and other aids.
There are no fees--individuals may borrow from $500 up to $15,000 and up to $30,000 for a vehicle. Generally, the maximum loan term will be 60 months or less.
