was created to provide programs
which will improve
the health, nutrition and quality of life
of persons who are sixty years of age or older.

Phillips Lifeline Medical Alert is available for seniors age 60 and older within Ray County by calling the RCSSB Office (see below).

NOTE: ONLY REFERRALS TO PHILLIPS LIFELINE FROM THE RCSS BOARD WILL QUALIFY FOR PAYMENT ASSISTANCE FROM THE RCSSB SENIOR TAX LEVY. 

Ray County Seniors or their families who request service directly from Phillips Lifeline will be responsible for all installation and monthly costs.
